Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Sumatera Utara hosted the 1st Economics and Business International Conference in Medan, Indonesia on 25 October 2017. Taking place in Grand Aston City Hall Hotel, Medan, Sumatera Utara, this conference was attended by 101 participants from eleven countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Filipina, Jepang, Kamboja, Korea Selatan, Oman, Kyrenia, Cyprus, dan Tanzania. This conference highlighted the topic on “Economics and Business in Global Challenge” as an excellent opportunity for delegates to share knowledge and research interest in Economics, Business Management, and Accounting. Papers presented in EBIC 2017 is published through Atlantis Press.
